He innovates AI solutions to save costs and time, accelerate speed to market whilst minimising environmental footprint. His experience includes being a Data Scientist at Reckitt, UK; Postdoctoral researcher (KTP Associate) at University of Hull, UK etc. He also has significant experience in data-driven O&M in the wind industry. Joyjit received the Green Talents Award from German government for outstanding contributions to AI research in wind industry. He has been endorsed as a Global Talent by UKRI & UK Home Office. He is regularly called upon by C-Suite Executives, Civil Servants, Academic Institutions etc. for voluntary advice and insights on AI, and has also served as expert panel member on European Commission projects.

He has a PhD in Computer Science (AI) from University of Hull, UK on explainable AI for O&M of wind turbines; PG Diploma in Research Training (Hull), Professional Certificate in AI (Oxford); CPD Course in Business (Cambridge); Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engg. (Gold Medalist-Amity University, India). He has published an array of papers in Computer Science & Engineering (including leading conferences (NeurIPS, KDD etc.), and reputed journals (Wiley, Elsevier, Cambridge University Press etc.) being a top-cited author. He has filed patents with reputed researchers and delivered talks globally. Joyjit was also a Visiting Researcher at University of Bremen, Germany and Tamkang University, Taiwan on government funded projects. He regularly serves on committees for leading conferences and journals, is a certified Scrum Master and a globetrotter.
