Hannah has more than 12 years' post-qualifying practice experience in adult social care, predominantly within the specialism of substance use.
She has worked in both the statutory and private, and the voluntary and independent sectors as a drugs worker, specialist social worker for substance use and, latterly, as the social work lead for a regional drug and alcohol organisation.
Hannah joined the University of Hull as a lecturer in 2017 having contributed to the Substance Use and Practice Skills modules on the BA and MA Social Work programmes for a number of years.
