Summary

I have worked in Higher Education for 12 years as Lecturer and Placement Coordinator. I also have worked in the public sector as a Partnership Manager for 15 years. I spent two years working for the Professional Football Association in professional football clubs and with soccer clubs in the USA. I have additional experience working as a Funding Manager for four nursery schools and supporting small charities.

I work on a number of modules on the BA Education suite of programmes.

I coordinate all placements for students on the BA Education suite of programmes - approximately 150 students per year.

I am a dissertation supervisor at L6 and L7.

I am an MA Education personal supervisor and dissertation supervisor.

Research interests

My research interests are: -

- the role of nursery schools as community hubs

- partnership working and supporting nursery school development
