Summary

I was born in Frankfurt, Germany and grew up in Athens, Greece. I studied Management and Organisational Behaviour at the American College of Greece and Economics at the National & Kapodestrian University of Athens. I received my MBA from Royal Holloway, University of London and my PhD in International Management from ISM in Paris in cooperation with St. John's University in New York and Temple University in Tokyo.

I currently reside in Athens and I travel around the world to teach and to represent my country as a successful female entrepreneur and a member of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises' Women in Leadership Committee.

I run my own IT company allBITech Ltd. a System Integrator which is based in Sofia. I am a member of the Hellenic State's Business Delegation, representing the Greek ICT sector in formal state visits. I have also worked for well known IT multinationals in London and Amsterdam. I was the project leader of many EU and World Bank funded projects that took place in over 30 countries in Europe, Asia, America and Africa. I represented IT SME’s in over €10 million projects that were funded by the European Union and I have a vast experience in leading Consortiums.

I am the Programme Director of the MSc in Engineering Management at the University of Hull Online. I am also a visiting professor of Entrepreneurship, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Small and Medium Business Management, Business Statistics, Leadership, OB, Project Management, Consultancy Practice and other business courses at Universities in Paris, Athens, Ulan Bator and Orange County. I am an expert learning coach, coaching C- level executives in Strategic Thinking at IMD Lausanne. I teach online courses at various Universities in Europe for their Undergraduate, Graduate and Post-graduate Programmes and I am a Mentor for new faculty. Also, I am a Dissertation supervisor. Finally, I am an experienced corporate trainer, delivering mainly soft skills seminars at various industries (maritime, consumer goods, pharma, etc.).

I am a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (Fellowship reference: PR145310)I am a Certified Management and Business Educator by the Chartered Association of Business Schools (Certification Nr: CMBE39069)I am a Certified Trainer for business and management workshops (Trainer Nr. 58675)

I was a speaker in several conferences and events around the world and a trainer of adult learners in the fields of Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Finally, I am the proud mother of two wonderful children aged 15 and 10.
