Susan Webster

Summary

Susan Webster is a lecturer in accounting at the Hull University Business School. She qualified as a chartered accountant in 1983 and for 25 years worked in the profession in a variety of roles, with both international and local firms. In 1993, she set up her own one-woman practice in North Lincolnshire, and this developed into a flourishing partnership and then limited company, Cooke Webster & Co, in Barton upon Humber. The firm continues to this day but Susan sold her interest in 2007 and moved to Zambia for two years as a VSO volunteer. Returning from Africa, she changed career path and became a university lecturer.
