Summary

Rebecca is an operating department practitioner who joined the University of Hull in 2013 as a seconded lecturer practitioner following a period of guest lecturing for the Operating Department Practice team since 2010. Her previous degree was in Philosophy with a dissertation focus on clinical ethics decisions in light of the introduction of biomedical advancements. As part of the Operating Department Practice team at the University of Hull, Rebecca was engaged in the development of the BSc (Hons) Operating Department Practice programme which replaced the previous diploma qualification. This involved liaison with clinical partners.
