Mark is a researcher who is currently investigating attitudes and susceptibility to doping among both athletes and coaches.

He is working on research funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency and the International Olympic Committee which aims to reduce doping by adolescent athletes.

Mark's PhD primarily focuses on athlete appraisals and their subsequent psychophysiological response. To this end, he utilises a number of data collection methods, including psychometrics and salivary cortisol.
