Mark Gibson has enjoyed a broad and varied career as a general and mental health nurse including general and clinical management.

He has also worked within commissioning, undertaking clinical governance reviews and complaints investigation.

Currently, Mark is undertaking additional duties at the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a fitness to practice panel member.

His specialist interests include healthcare governance, legal issues, risk management, untoward incident investigation, and staff training and development.
