Summary

Dr Augustyn is a Senior Lecturer at Hull University Business School. She is a member of the Marketing and Business Strategy Subject Group and the Regional and International Business Research Group. Her research interests include strategic management, organisational performance, quality management, and tourism management. She has published widely in these areas. Dr Augustyn also has industrial and commercial experience, gained prior to becoming an academic, in a number of international companies. She is a member of the British Academy of Management and of the International Association of Scientific Experts in Tourism (AIEST). Dr Augustyn has experience of acting as a principal investigator and research project leader of high impact externally-funded research projects.
