Summary

Jay Wadhawan is an electrochemical engineer. He has authored approximately 80 research publications, supervised approximately 15 postgraduate researchers and over 100 undergraduate research projects (in Chemistry, Physics and Engineering). He has been an independent researcher for the last 12 years, and holds an H-index of 25. He was Vice-Chair of Division 6 of the International Society of Electrochemistry (2011-2014), and has been a Visiting Professor at several universities in France and Brazil. In 2015, he was awarded the Hull University Union Student-led Teaching Award for 'Best Supervisor', and was shortlisted for the 2017 HUU SLTA for 'Overall Outstanding Achievement'.
