Summary

Gillian Greenway is passionate about developing new methods to making accurate chemical measurements whether it is in the laboratory, a doctors surgery or out in the environment. Her work has focused on developing point of care systems and portable environmental measurement devices. Gillian's research is very interdisciplinary and she collaborates widely with engineers and bio scientists. Further recent research with collaborators is involved in finding new applications for waste materials and developing new materials for environmental applications. Gillian is a member of the ESPRC college and has been invited to be on international research panels.
