Since the inception of my academic career more than half a decade ago, I developed a passion for academic research and teaching in marketing.

My research has been focused on contributing to the debate between theory, policy and practice on how customer loyalty, consumer-firm relationship quality etc can be built, enhanced, and sustained through impact measurement tools, while also specifying how consumers can be empowered to support firms.

I presently work as a research associate in the OB/HRM subject group, where I am responsible for developing measures of social action that will influence public policies in the UK.
