David is a registered nurse, qualified in both adult and child nursing, who joined the University's child nursing team in 2017.

His clinical background includes adult surgery, paediatric general medicine, paediatric oncology and paediatric nephrology.

David has worked in a number of academic institutions delivering both pre and post registration education to nurses and other healthcare workers but primarily children's nurses.
