Research interests

As a statistical methodologist, Dr. Chao Huang's research interests arise in the development of statistical methodology in various research fields, particularly when it applies to clinical and medical science. This includes experimental design, longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, missing data issues and informative observations, joint modelling approach and variable selection.

Collaboratively Dr. Chao Huang has been largely involved in research covering a variety of health-related fields. This leads to his research focus on trial methodology, particularly the ones with complex design.
