Training and Development
The Faculty of Business, Law and Politics offers a range of academic programmes tailored to you and your organisation's requirements. Bespoke programmes ensure organisations and individuals increase their capabilities by enabling employees to develop new skills, attitudes, outlooks and knowledge in their specific sector. Our academics are able to convey their wealth of experience and knowledge to the classroom in a variety of methods, such as using live case studies and cutting-edge research to bring learning to life. Our law and politics training courses have been delivered to judges and corporate clients both from the UK and overseas, and are run by our staff from Law and Politics subject groups.
There's also the Hull Executive MBA, which has been created to develop future industry leaders. The programme offers excellent networking opportunities, and second-to-none engagement with businesses and researchers. The Faculty has a strong alumni network which is constantly growing, offering opportunities for students to interact with their peers and aspirants.
The Business School have also led the way in developing and promoting 'Systems Thinking' - an approach which challenges current management thinking in order to help organisations work better. We're working with prominent consultants Vanguard to provide a practical and positive education programme, focused on enabling participants to learn a means of achieving significant, measurable change for the long-term benefit of the organisation.
