You will be guaranteed four guest tickets but you can request extra tickets on your graduation booking form up to a maximum of ten (including four guaranteed tickets).
If any of your guests have specific accessibility requirements, please complete the relevant section on the online booking form or contact us as soon as possible - before guest tickets are issued.
Lift access to all upper floors is available for guests with mobility difficulties.
Students will be able to access the stage by lift or ramp but this will be discussed with you before the ceremony.
The ceremonies are lengthy formal events which are often unsuitable for young children. Children 18 months or over should be supervised at all times and will require their own ticket.
Electronic tickets will be sent to to you one week before ceremonies commence.
For the benefit of those unable to attend, we live stream each graduation ceremony. Visitors can also view the streaming on the large screen in Princes Quay.
GUEST VISA LETTERS
If your guests require a visitor visa to attend the ceremony, we can provide you with a letter of invitation that they can use to support their visa application. The letter will formally invite you to the graduation ceremony and your guests will need to submit a copy of this, plus a letter of invitation from yourself (a letter written by you, inviting that person to accompany you to the ceremony) to the relevant authorities.
To request a letter, contact email@example.com. It usually takes 3–5 working days for applications to be processed. Letters can be collected from the Central Hub Service Desk or posted to the address given on the letter request form.
Information on how to apply for a visitor visa can be found here.
