Relax and refuel at our Students' Union

Your social hub at the University. Whether you just want to grab a bite to eat between lectures or are looking for somewhere to unwind with mates into the early hours, our student's union has you covered. As well as four eateries, it's home to the Asylum nightclub, which has hosted gigs by everyone from The Pigeon Detectives and Tinchy Stryder to Aqua and S Club. And stress-busting bunny cuddling sessions too. Oh yes.

Get help with living costs

If you’re from the UK or the EU and you achieve 112 UCAS points from three A levels or equivalent (not including General Studies), you may be eligible for a University of Hull Attainment Scholarship of £1,200 (terms and conditions apply) to help with living costs. And you don’t even have to apply for it – we’ll award it to you automatically.

We're plugged in

Here at Hull we know that being connected everywhere, anywhere is what you need. There are more than 1,100 open-access computers and 1,600 study spaces around the University for you to use. With our free high speed WiFi network it turns the entire campus into a virtual classroom. That’s a lot of wireless benefitting every hall, house and flat run by the University.
