Payment is required in advance, either by credit card or internal transfer, before any booking can be confirmed and a key provided.
Keys can be collected from 1st Floor Student Central, Student Central Hub, during office hours. Out of office hours from Security in the Venn Building. Security can be contacted on 01482 466868.
Rooms will be ready from 2 pm on the first day of the booking.
The accommodation should be vacated by 10 am on your departure date.
No key deposit is required, but a charge of £30 will be made to replace a lost key. Charges will be incurred for every additional night that a key is held.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Accommodation Office immediately, as your room may already have been booked out again. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our residences.
