Program of study

The programme of study for the MEd in ICT for TESOL includes the following taught modules accumulating to a total of 120 credits, followed by a dissertation for 60 credits.  It can be followed entirely by distance-study over the Internet and normally be completed over the course of 3 calendar years.

8. A dissertation element which may take the form of the development and evaluation of a portfolio of original materials taking into account the underlying principles and the effectiveness of their practical implementation. (60 credits)

The programme can be followed entirely by distance-study over the Internet and would normally be completed over the course of 3 calendar years.

Accreditation at module, Advanced Certificate and Advanced Diploma levels is also available.

All students following modules of the programme will be provided with access to a short programme of induction activities introducing them to study by open and distance learning within the Merlin environment.
