Laura is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) working in the NHS. Laura is also an accredited specialist therapist for LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals. She qualified as a CBT Therapist in 2021 and has previous experience working in the NHS and HM Prison Service as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP).
