Using Renaissance Forum
Downloading and Printing Out Files
Although one advantage of an electronic journal is that it saves paper, there may be circumstances in which you wish to have your own personal copy or print out (hard copy) of individual articles or reviews. With the proviso that different versions of Web browsers may have different methods of doing this, here are instructions for downloading and / or printing out.
Citing Renaissance Forum
In order to cite Renaissance Forum, you will need to know the URL or address of the article you are using. All Renaissance Forum addresses begin http://www.hull.ac.uk/renforum. To this you will need to add the volume and issue number, for example v1no1. Finally, for the precise file, take up the first eight letters of the author's name (lower case) and add .htm . Thus the article by Derek Hirst in Volume One, Number One is http://www.hull.ac.uk/renforum/v1no1/hirst.htm. Remember that some parts of the address will be case sensitive: precision is needed.
