Formulate agendas for all meetings
Liasing with local guiding and scouting communities

Taking minutes of meetings in absence of Secretary
SSAGO Representative
Responsible For: Liason with the SSAGO Members Secretary
and Regional Representative.
Attending SSAGO meetings, including AGM'S and Committee Meetings.
Organising attendence to SSAGO rallies and maintaining rally records.
Treasurer
Responsible For: SHAGS finances, including collecting
and banking joining fees
Paying bills including payment of subscription to SSAGO
Keeping a record of accounts and keeping track of SHAGS expenditure
Dealing with SSAGO and SHAGS
merchandise
Corresponding with HUU as necessary

Responsible For: Takes and writes up minutes of all
meetings
Publicising minutes appropriately.
