SHAGS - Executive Positions

Chairperson
Responsible For:    Planning Hull Programme
                             Maintaining Records
                             Dealing with SHAGS correspondence
                             Formulate agendas for all meetings
                             Liasing with local guiding and scouting communities
                             Liasing with SAGGA (Scout and Guide Graduate Association)
                             Taking minutes of meetings in absence of Secretary

SSAGO Representative
Responsible For:    Liason with the SSAGO Members Secretary and Regional Representative.
                             Attending SSAGO meetings, including AGM'S and Committee Meetings.
                             Organising attendence to SSAGO rallies and maintaining rally records.

Treasurer
Responsible For:    SHAGS finances, including collecting and banking joining fees
                             Paying bills including payment of subscription to SSAGO
                             Keeping a record of accounts and keeping track of SHAGS expenditure
                             Dealing with SSAGO and SHAGS merchandise
                             Corresponding with HUU as necessary

Responsible For:   Maintaining SHAGS internet publicity -  including www.hull.ac.uk/php/ssago and www.hullstudent.com.
                             Publishing SHAGS Programme

Inter-campus Co-ordinator (Scarborough)
Responsible For:     Planning Scarborough Programme
                              Liasing with SHAGS Executive in Hull
                              Maintaining Scarborough internet publicity on www.hullstudent.com

Secretary
Responsible For:    Takes and writes up minutes of all meetings
                              Publicising minutes appropriately.
