Alsike CloverScattered but never abundant. Roadsides and waste places. |

Hop TrefoilMore widespread than was anticipated. In the south of the city it is occasionally found associated with the old docklands. More frequently, it is found growing in grass verges and lawns were the other associated plants suggest that it has been imported in turf or, less likely, grass seed. |

Lesser TrefoilThroughout, usually found in lawns and verges. |

Red CloverCommon and widely distributed. Usually found in areas of longer grass. |

Hare's-foot CloverMost commonly associated with imported soil/ballast and turf. May become locally dominant as in a certain area of St Andrew's Quay development. |
