• Environmental flows: dispersion
• Fire safety: smoke movement, flame spread, thermal radiation
• Gas turbines: heat transfer, combustion, ventilation
• Heat transfer: convection, thermal radiation
• Process systems: mixing, multiphase flow

It is my vision to further my contribution to world-class research through the continued development and application of time accurate CFD simulation to a broad range of topics including low speed aerodynamics, heat transfer, process systems, combustion and fire safety. This will be achieved within the context of large scale parallel computation, adopting a multi-disciplinary approach to accommodate fluid-structure interaction.
