Rigby, Robert

The Reverend Robert Rigby (c.1752-1823) was educated at St Alban's Hall, Oxford, and became vicar of St Mary's church, Beverley. Papers include a copy of his will; his private accounts in the early 1820s including household accounts, burial fees, donations to the poor, tithe accounts and accounts related to the rebuilding of the vicarage; correspondence about church affairs; inventories; a 1795 sketch of St Mary's organ and an 1815 table of fees for tombstones in Beverley Minster [DDDU/23/11-50].
