Location register
The database currently contains entries for around 450 collections, and roughly 86% of these entries have been completed. This means that a search may in a few cases retrieve entries where only very limited details are currently available.
Its design is based on the Artists' Papers Register and outline entries for Yorkshire Quaker Meetings were downloaded from the National Register of Archives. The development of the web interface was undertaken by Simplicity Web Services.
The project's priorities for inclusion in this database were the records of the various levels of the Society of Friends in Yorkshire and other significant holdings of the three project partners.
