Research Fellow

MICHAELA BARNARD is Research Fellow on the HMAP (History of Marine Animal Populations) project. Her research entails the assembly, processing and entry of historical data into the web-based interoperable databases at the core of the research programme.

In addition she is undertaking a research project related to the North Sea Fisheries. Michaela also researches business history in British maritime industries.

Michaela teaches History and Maritime History modules:

  • Various Certificate and Diploma courses
