The Maritime Historical Studies Centre delivers the maritime and marine environmental history provision of the University of Hull's History Department. This provision comprises:
Research: the MHSC's research effort includes collaborative projects, PhD studies and publications
Learning and Teaching: the MHSC provides maritime history modules and programmes of study that form part of the History Department's learning and teaching provision
Outreach: based at Blaydes House in Hull's "Old Town", the MHSC forges links between the University and the wider community
