Alternative Data Formats If your preferred data format is not available, or if you experience difficulties with the current formats, contact the Data Administrator, John Nicholls (j.nicholls@hull.ac.uk) - an alternative format may be generated if possible. 5. Citation When use is made of any INCOFISH dataset the citation relevant to it must be quoted in full. Detailed citations accompany each dataset and are included within the actual data as well. If you have any queries regarding accurate referencing of INCOFISH dataset materials, please contact the Data Administrator, John Nicholls (j.nicholls@hull.ac.uk). 6. How to Download Datasets and Supporting Documentation 1. Identify the Dataset you wish to download on the Data Store page 2. Click on the relevant Dataset option 3. Several options will appear for different data download types (e.g. Access, CSV, TXT, etc.) where available - select the relevant option to start the download process 4. Follow your browser's instructions that will appear on the screen and complete the download process 5. Once downloaded you will need to 'unzip' the Dataset file before you can use it – UNZIP software may be downloaded safely from PKZIP 6. Each unzipped Dataset file includes data in the format you have selected; supporting documentation (MS Word, PDF and Text formats) may be downloaded as well by following steps 1 to 5 above 7.
