Stephen Dobson has been teaching economics in universities since 1984. He joined Hull University in January 2011.

He has also worked at Nottingham Trent University, Otago University, Queen’s University Belfast, University of Central Lancashire, Leeds University, Reading University and the University of the West Indies (Trinidad). 

Stephen is originally from Leicester and is a lifelong fan of Leicester City FC.
