The University of Hull is a data controller in terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. The e-Services Integration Group within Academic Services follows University policy in matters of data protection.
The data requested in this survey is covered by the legal notifications provided by the University. The data will be used as described below:
Names and/or e-mail addresses will be used solely for the purposes of following up responses to the survey with the respondent and carrying out the prize draw. Entering your e-mail address is optional, but required if you wish to be part of the prize draw. Participant e-mail addresses will not be disclosed to other organisations or individuals and will be deleted at the end of the research period.
The responses given within the survey will be anonymised and used solely within the RepoMMan project for the purposes of analysing the results of the survey until the conclusion of the project in May 2007. Where appropriate, the data may be processed by the UK sub-contractors within the RepoMMan project. The data will not be passed to any other third party outside the RepoMMan project without prior consent.
