The software reviews listed on this site encompass three main sources:

reviews published in the ReCALL Newsletter and ReCALL Journal;
reviews published only on the C&IT Centre website;

Other sources of Software Reviews

The reviews site for CALICO (Computer Assisted Language Instruction Consortium), the American CALL organisation. A wide variety of reviews for all the major languages, regularly updated.

CALL@Chorus Software Reviews

A good selection of reviews for a number of languages at the excellent University of California site run by Jim Duber. Book reviews are also listed.

Language Learning & Technology

A refereed journal, edited by the esteemed Mark Warschauer amongst others, which regularly publishes software reviews, and keeps an archive of software reviews.
