Dr J Greenman attended an awards ceremony in Milan Italy on 24 January 2008 and jointly received a Knowledge Transfer Partnership Award on behalf of the University of Hull in conjunction with Professor Sara Mantero, Politecnico di Milano.

Clinical Biosciences funded student wins departmental prize
Ms Amanda Sparke (from Dr S J Archibald's group) was awarded the Prize for the best talk at the Departmental Research Forum held on June 18-19, 2007. Ms Sparke's work, in the field of Lanthanide macrocylic complexes, MRI and optical contrast agents is a significant step-forward in Clinical Chemistry, funded via the Hull University Clinical Biosciences Institute.
