You will need to discuss your studies with the relevant training and development department and obtain their approval for funding.

Returning completed application forms - employed by NHS in the Yorkshire and Humber LETB (YHLETB):
You must photocopy your completed application form and return the photocopy to:

University of Hull, Cottingham Road, Hull, HU6 7RX
The original, together with the Manager's Support and Study Fee Payment form should be sent to your Training and Development Department.
If you are not employed by the NHS in the Yorkshire and Humberside LETB please return your completed forms to the address above.
