Post-qualifying programmes (Continuing Professional Development)

Applications for post-qualifying programmes are made directly to the University using the following downloadable forms:

Returning completed application forms - employed by NHS in the Yorkshire and Humber LETB (YHLETB):

You must photocopy your completed application form and return the photocopy to:

The original, together with the Manager's Support and Study Fee Payment form should be sent to your  Training and Development Department.
