from Tamworth, Staffordshire
studying: Chemistry with Chemistry with Drug Design and Toxicology (MChem)

"The social life in Hull is excellent – much better than people imagine. Also, the cost of living is amongst the lowest in the country. The department has a very good reputation. The degree programme sounded interesting and I think Hull is still the only place offering this degree. I’d like to stay at Hull to do a PhD. I’m really enjoying my research project work in medicinal inorganic chemistry. Ultimately, I’d like to research into pharmaceuticals."
