Introduction to religious bodies

We provide for the religious and spiritual needs of the university community. Our chaplains serve a range of denominational groups, including Anglican, Baptist, Eastern Orthodox, Jewish, Methodist, Roman Catholic, the Society of Friends and the United Reformed Church.

• On the Hull Campus, there is a chapel in the Middleton Hall and an Islamic prayer room in Raines House.

• A team of chaplains visits the Scarborough Campus each week during semester.

• There are also several autonomous student-led groups, including the Islamic Society, the Christian Union and the Fellowship of Evangelical Students.
