Cankrien family, of Molescroft
The Cankrien family had property in Molescroft just outside Beverley in East Yorkshire. John Christopher Cankrien held tithes in the 1830s and enclosed land was later sold to developers. The 200 items in the collection span the dates 1615-1850 and many of the title deeds relate to the property of John Christopher Cankrien. The papers also include wills and enclosure plans. [DDCV/209]
