Sue Rolfe worked as a primary teacher for 17 years before joining the University of Hull in January 2004.

She previously worked for the faculty as a part-time lecturer and school experience supervising tutor, while still teaching at a local school.

Sue completed her MEd degree in Inclusive Education in 2008, and has recently completed an EdD in Educational Policy and Values.

As a primary teacher, she taught across both key stages but the majority of her experience was in upper Key Stage 2.
