Subhan Ullah is an experienced lecturer in accounting and finance and the Programme Director for the MSc Accounting and Finance at Hull University Business School. He is a member of the  Academic Council and Board of Studies at Abasyn University, Pakistan.

He has lectured in accounting and finance at universities including Nottingham Trent University, the University of Buckingham, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (Pakistan) and the University of Peshawar (Pakistan).

Subhan gained his PhD from the Open University in Milton Keynes. His thesis examined the effectiveness of corporate governance regulations in the UK and Germany. He was awarded fully-funded scholarships during his BCom, MBA, MSc and PhD studies.
