The University receives the following information from UCAS for monitoring and statistical purposes only - it is not used in assessment of applications for admission.

  • Applicants with experience of being in care*
  • Ethnicity
  • Occupational classification
  • Religious belief
  • Gender identity
  • Sexual orientation
  • Gender/legal sex 

*This information may be used to contact applicants/students to offer relevant support through the applicant journey.

The University does not routinely use school performance data in deciding which applicants will receive an offer.

The University is registered to use the Learning Records Service and will use the information held to verify UK qualifications where possible.
