Keeping you safe

Keeping you safe

Your safety is our priority.

Protecting Your Data

Graduation is a public celebration of the success of our students. The ceremonies are recorded and live-streamed across campus and on the Internet. Graduands and guests seated in the Hall should be aware that they may appear on this recording. By participating in graduation, graduands and guests consent to be party to these practices.

The graduation programme will list all those graduating. Results will be listed for all students.

If you did not wish your name and/or classification to appear in the printed graduation programme please email us at least 21 days before the graduation ceremony by emailing your name, including student number to graduation@hull.ac.uk.

Student names will also be listed on a ‘Class of ...’ t-shirt which lists the names of graduating students. If you do not wish your name to appear on the t-shirt, please email graduation@hull.ac.uk.

The University of Hull’s official photographer will be taking photographs and video footage of the celebrations for future publications. Graduands and guests who do not wish their image to be used for such purpose should inform the photographer on the day.
