Where can I collect my keys Keys can be collected from 2nd Floor, Student Central, during office hours. Out of office hours from Security in the Venn Building. Security can be contacted on 01482 466868. When will the room be ready Rooms will be ready from 2 pm on the first day of the booking. What time do I have to leave my room The accommodation should be vacated by 10 am on your departure date. What if I lose my key No key deposit is required, but a charge of £30 will be made to replace a lost key. Charges will be incurred for every additional night that a key is held. How do I extend my stay If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Accommodation Office immediately, as your room may already have been booked out again. Can I invite guests into the accommodation Not without prior consent from the Accommodation Office. Is smoking permitted Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
